At The Moorman Vault, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used Perfumes
Used Skin Care or Cosmetics products
Worn Jewelry (including earrings)
Items marked as Final Sale or Discounted
Clothing items (Bold Fits, Dress Smart, Scarfs) must be unworn and free from stains, odors, or damage.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number
State the reason for return
Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it may be rejected.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for clothing and accessories if:
The item is unused and in original condition
The requested size or product is available
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear images of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
